At the edge of the path you’ll see some large rocks embedded in the grass. They also date back to the first Swiss National Exhibition of 1883. For this event an artificial cave was built here, by this hill. Inside was a major visitor attraction – a large aquarium with fish. After the exhibition the cave remained here for a couple of decades. It was finally demolished in 1904, and a few of its stones were placed here.
